Resources to support recovery over the holiday season

The December/January period can be a time of mixed emotions. While some people have some extra time and space to focus on recovery, this time can also be fraught with additional challenges.

It’s also a good idea to spend this extra time anticipating any challenges that may arise over the festive period (eg. Christmas lunch, extended family gatherings, potential pressure around New Years) and preparing some helpful ways you can approach these events or situations.
