La Trobe University researchers are seeking opinions and feedback on the Medicare Eating Disorder Plan.

The Medicare Eating Disorder Plan was introduced in November 2019. We want to learn what people who have lived experience of an eating disorder and who support a loved one with an eating disorder think about this new type of support. We also want to hear from health professionals who work with clients with an eating disorder on the Medicare Eating Disorder Plan.

This study is part of a larger formal evaluation project that has been commissioned by the Australian Government, and we are asking the community to help us with this timely and important review of the Medicare Eating Disorder Plan.

We are asking participants to complete an anonymous 20-minute online survey. The survey includes multiple choice and open text questions.

Our online survey is currently live and will close at the end of Sept 2023.

Read the participant information and consent form here.
