Healthy optimum weight range
Every individual has a healthy optimum weight. Just as people’s heights are different, so is our healthy weight range.

Our bodies are made up of a group of complex interrelated systems (digestive, central nervous system, reproductive systems etc). Our body has many ways of communicating with us about when we need energy and in what form.

Reaching and maintaining our healthy weight (which is individual) involves listening to our bodies and learning about what form of energy our bodies need and when.
