On a scale of 1-10 with 1 being completely empty and 10 being overly full, what would you rate yourself?

If you had a choice of foods right now, what would your body like to eat?

How do you know when you are hungry? How do you know what you would like to eat right now?

Our food cravings, feelings of hunger and fullness, saliva production, energy levels, concentration levels etc are all ways our bodies indicate to us its nutritional needs.

Consider what might be some of the reasons you choose to eat.

Hunger, depression, anger, boredom, because everyone else is, because the taste is enjoyable, because it is expected, because it is there- these are some of the many reasons we chose to eat. It is okay to eat for other reasons apart from hunger, as long as we keep this balanced with our energy requirements.
