Set Your Body Free Program
Group cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) intervention for body dissatisfaction and disordered eating for women aged 30 to 60. Places currently available.

 

The program is appropriate for women experiencing body image concerns and difficulties managing their eating.

 

Group sessions are held at the Melbourne (Bundoora) campus of La Trobe University and conducted as part of a research program evaluating the benefits of the group intervention.
